Lets take a look at the procedure followed for asphalt installation starting from destroying to the making of a smooth surface road.
The first step in our process is demolition of the present surface independent of whether it is made from concrete, pave and asphalt. For the knocking down process, we used heavy machinery to carry out this work. The heavy machinery includes small bob cats and fork lifts, front loaders and large trucks that are used for dumping. After the completion of the demolition, move to the next step. We have the facility of recycling the removed asphalt and concrete in our plants for reuse it again. In this way we convert this waste into a strong useable material. This proves that we are quite economical and environmentally friendly service providers. As we save the resource from being wasted by recycle it into 100%.
In this step, our expert made the road ready for proper drainage. While giving services, we keep all these points in mind, like the drainage system. The proper drainage system is very necessary in case of heavy rain; otherwise your services go in vain. For this purpose we used laser transits and automatic motor graders. We grade the road in such a best way that it will drain the water. Our expert team does this job without any flaw to provide long-term smooth drive way presence.
While preparing Asphalt pavers the most important thing is the making of sub base. The most important role of the sub base is protecting it from extreme weather conditions like freezing and thawing. These temperatures damage the pavers. We are very cautious in making base thickness, base stability and its compaction while installing the asphalt pavers. As these are very important factors in good drive-through manufacturing.
This is done to make us ensure that the underlying surface is ready and strong enough to support new asphalt. In this step a quad-axle dump truck is used that is loaded with 72000 pounds. The truck is moved row by row on the surface. If the stones arch more than an inch under the weight of the truck, then it means the road is not properly prepared. If the proof roll identifies the soft area, then it will be subject to again repairing.
It involves digging below the surface for about 2 to 3 feet. Then the underground soft material, clay and soil is replaced with a strong material.
In this step, soft material like clay and soil are not replaced completely, but it is mixed with added aggregate to improve the strength of compromised areas.
Binder is added if soft areas are identified after the spreading of sub base. The binder layer is mixed with oil, making it durable and strong. It provides strength to the asphalt surface.
The top layer is made smooth and clean by the layering of new asphalt. It is made of oil and sand. This combination will create the jet black asphalt. This will result in a smooth, shiny surface.
These are added to join the old and new asphalt and concrete.
This is done to ensure that there will be no bumps, aggregate and small stones coming out of the smooth new surface.
